SouthPoint Bank has a web site designed to allow you to access needed information about your accounts in a convenient but very secure format.  Our Internet banking service provider maintains a secure environment.  Any customer transactions initiated through our Internet banking applications are also covered by the principles in our Privacy Policy.  SouthPoint Bank does not use "cookies," or any other means, to store confidential information on your computer or obtain information about you.  Cookies are messages that a web server gives to your web browser in connection with your visit to a web site.

Changes to Privacy Notice
In our efforts to protect individual customer information, we may revise the terms of this notice from time to time. As long as you are our customer, we will send you a privacy notice at least once a year and will inform you of more frequent changes to this notice.
