SouthPoint Bank does not use "cookies," or any other means, to store confidential information on your computer or obtain information about you. Cookies are messages that a web server gives to your web browser in connection with your visit to a web site.

In our efforts to protect individual customer information, we may revise the terms of this notice from time to time. As long as you are our customer, we will send you a privacy notice at least once a year and will inform you of more frequent changes to this notice.
